blue_calendar_2011As from Monday 12th October 2015, the Practice appointment system in changing slightly as we now have all of the appropriate clinicians in place

  • Routine GP and Clinical Practitioner appointments can be booked online 2 weeks in advance or via the surgery 1 month in advance.
  • Urgent GP appointments are available on the day by contacting the surgery.
  • The Practice have Clinical Practitioners in place who deal with minor ailments such as sore throats, on-going coughs and colds, chest and urinary infections, ear infections, sinusitis, poorly controlled asthma, hayfever, skin infections and rashes, diarrhoea and vomiting.
  • Clinical Practitioners are also available daily for telephone triages where a visit to the surgery is not necessary.

The practice is still experiencing problems with missed appointments both with doctors and nurses.  If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason please cancel this at reception - someone else may need it.

The doctors do their best to run on time with their appointments, but if you are kept waiting please be patient; the doctor may be dealing with an emergency.

Changed your address?

It is vitally important that you inform the practice of any change of address or contact details.  The details we hold on record are the only way we have in contacting you and if you have moved or changed telephone number this could lead to a delay in your medical treatment.
